Blue Label
As the Director of Product at Blue Label (BL) I was responsible for helping to grow the new product management organization at BLL by creating the standards with which we practice product management as well as engage clients and collaborate with engineering teams across a variety of projects.
Additionally I am the primary product manager and project lead on a few enterprise and start-up clients. My role is to be the subject matter expert for my clients to gather information and synthesize it into requirements for the design and engineering teams to act upon.

- Kung Fu Tea new mobile application: Lead the development, strategy, and nationwide launch to over 3 million customers.
- Grublr: consulted and worked closely with the founders from inception to leading development to launch and a user acquisition strategy for a new mobile application to help people decide where to eat.
- Established procedures, standards, and templates for a team of direct reports comprising the product division of the company.
Sony Music Entertainment
Lead Product Manager of the Data + Analytics team. I manage a team of four product managers in addition to having a role as the product manager for Data Science and the product manager of a new external mobile application that is due to be launched in June 2020.
Primarily I found myself in the unique position of both spearheading new initiatives as well as filling the role of technical advisor, process creator/enforcer, agile coach, and general sounding board for my team as we encounter new growing pains operating as a well funded start-up within a large global enterprise.

Highlights:
- Relaunched web portal for viewing music streaming data across different markets as well as helped launch it's mobile companion app ApolloGo SME
- Created the product development roadmap and lead the product management of Sony's first artist facing app
- Lead the creation of process and communication/coordination across multiple teams for complex end-to-end product development including data ingestion, data warehouse structure, and standardizing code libraries and design assets used across multiple products
forbes Media, LLC
Previously Senior Product Manager for a new immersive story telling CMS, custom page building and site administrative tool. Previously worked on the gallery pages, new mobile experience, article. Ever eager to learn new things I've found myself wearing many hats during my tenure but my role has consistently comprised of improving and enhancing the user experience through A/B testing and consistent product enhancements while practicing agile methodologies.
Highlights:
- Premium Articles: created a new article editor CMS to generate immersive storytelling articles (like this)
- Forbes.com: manage yearly homepage redesign as well as the tools that update and run the homepage as well as all of our non-content pages
- Gallery page: increased engagement 40% in first six months
- New mobile lists: spearhead efforts to improve mobile list experience
- Article page: improved upon AMP experience and general UX improvements
- Internal tools and content management system: leading the updates, improvements, and fixes on a neglected part of the backbone of Forbes content creation
RockITWorkIT
Head of Product for a fitness oriented marketplace application available on Android, iOS, and web. My role has been to oversee everything related to technology and marketing for the app including the overall roadmap, all QA, determining what product enhancements are best based on user feedback, and the overall health of our tech stack in addition to building out a development and design/UX team.
HappyFunCorp
Product Architect/project management in the development of iOS, Android, and web apps as well as general website creation. My primary focus is in delivering ideas from paper to product and helping clients navigate best practices in UX/UI development.

- HighThere: cannabis social platform. Lead development post v1 launch including analyzing user trends to determine the direction for product development and advising e-mail marketing strategies.

Managed team of backend and frontend developers to generate web sites and web apps for clients.

- ColorOf - color coordinate shopping by selecting a single item and then other items in the same color family are suggested
- Community Recycling - company dedicated to recycling and reusing intiatives
Scholastic, Inc.
Scholastic Education software group product maintenance marketing and managing the Scholastic Education Product Support website.
Highlights:
- Lead Scholastic Education Product Support website redesign
- Generated new marketing initiative that had record sales for the month of March in the history of product support
Canon USA
Lead software marketing expert on: imageRUNNER ADV Essentials, iR-ADV Desktop, iR-ADV Tracker, Workflow Composer. Legacy products: iW Publishing Manager, iW Prepress Manager. Also managed the imageWARE.com website.
Highlights:
- Directed product development in conjunction with Japan on iR-ADV Essentials (Desktop, Tracker, Workflow Composer)
- Conducted training seminars, WebEx conferences. Generated all marketing collateral and training materials. Performed triage support as the subject matter expert.
